Clients reviews about BRAVO TRAVEL BSE

I’ve tried many local firms over the years, but none come close to the standard Bravo Travel BSE delivers every single time. From the moment you book, everything is clear, efficient and stress-free. Drivers are genuinely polite, extremely helpful, and always arrive early – never have I been left waiting or worrying about making an appointment. They know every route around town and beyond perfectly, always taking the most sensible journey. Vehicles are spotlessly clean, fresh, modern and incredibly comfortable – even for longer trips. Prices are fair, fixed and fully transparent, with absolutely no hidden charges or last-minute surprises. Whether it’s a quick local ride, station transfer, airport run or special occasion, they are 100% reliable and completely professional. I would not trust anyone else for my travel needs in Bury St Edmunds. Without question, the finest taxi service around – highly recommended to all! ~ Dainora S

Excellent taxi service for short and long distance journeys. Dont want to drive to your long distance holiday. Sit back and relax in a comfortable car, and let experienced friendly drivers take you to your destination. Thank you Mario for helping my husband and I in our 80s with my wheelchair and luggage. Also stopping half way from Thetford to Kent, at services. We arrived home from our holiday feel relaxed and happy. Thoroughly recommend BRAVO TRAVEL BSE. For best taxi service. Fatastic cab company couldnt praise him enough wife only had 11 pound on her , she was sitting out side the hospital with my 3 year old daughter who has a heart condition other cab companies were an hour wait time, my daughter can not walk home because of her heart , it was raining and cold arfter calling other cab companies from google no one picked up , she almost lost hope, called bravo travel bse and they picked up she told him she only had 11 pound and if he could take them as close as he could get to the house, he offered to get us home and when she offered to pay what she had, he told her not to worried and also offered a cheaper price then most cab drivers to get our little one to london childrens hospital on the date of her surgery, i will 100% recomend this driver is is avalible more than most taxi companies, he was friendly kind and understanding, i will surely make sure to pay him a big tip next time my wife and daughter need a cab from the hospital, god bless this wonderful man, i will spread the word about your company and recomend you to my friends. ~ damion b

Best decision we have ever made when it comes to airport transfers. Normally drive and pay a fortune for airport parking at Stansted. Found out that it was cheaper than some of the parking options and so, so, so much more convenient. Friendly efficient door to door service - it's a no brainier. We will definitely be using Bravo again. ~ Simon S
